Warranty Policy

Vision1 Marine screens come with a 2‑year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or accidental damage — including neglect, impact, or improper handling.
• Incorrect installation — such as wiring outside the 12–24V DC range or operation beyond rated specifications.
• Water ingress resulting from submersion or inadequate sealing (IP66 rating applies).
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs, including the use of non‑approved accessories.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase. Products must be returned for evaluation at the customer’s expense. If the claim is approved, Vision1 Marine will repair or replace the unit and cover return shipping.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
